My goal of becoming a therapist came from my inner desire to help people in need of mental health help; guiding them in resolving their issues or at least make them be mindful of the issue’s impact on mental health and their overall wellbeing. We, often, refrain from getting the help we need for many reasons, and in doing so we fail to seek the help we need. We often forget that it’s never too late to ask for help. We say sooner the better. Reaching out can be the best thing that we can do in this phase of your life and be the best version of yourself.

ABOUT ME
What I Do
I was born in Nepal, and moved to the USA to study psychology. Besides English, I speak multiple languages. My multi-cultural exposure has helped me understand and work with people of different race, ethnicity, religion, and culture. I started my counseling experience by working with patients with IDD and kids in a school setting and then at a rehab center dealing with addiction and mental health issues. I have experiences well as seeing clients in a hospital as well as in a clinical setting as a result I have exposure of working with people from different walks of life. I have the privilege of providing individual counseling, family therapy as well as couple counseling, and working with people of different ages;kids, teenagers, adults and older people.
