    Oftentime , the first step is the hardest to take,  and you coming to this website and reading this means you took the first step on this journey of self care and mental health. For some of us who are new to seeking mental health help, we might have a bunch of questions.It is a good thing to have those questions. I provide a 15 minute consultation before the first sessions that might clear some of your doubts about the session, therapy ,and hopefully some of your questions will have answers in the FAQs section of the website.

    An example: one of the things that we hear  while flying in a plane  is “Put your oxygen mask on first  before helping the person next to you”. It is the same with our mental health. We need to be helping ourselves first before helping others. Self care is important, and healthier emotional regulation is important. So, seeking therapy help becomes an important milestone.

During this journey, my goal is to provide you with non judgmental space while we  deal with our concerns such as  a pattern of bad relationships, low self-esteem or an unexpected life change, grief or traumas.
